THAM - After Rain -Limited Edition Print

£125.00

Monsoon Dyptychs Tham and Baras explore the shifting emotional rhythm of the Indian monsoon—where rain becomes both presence and memory, stillness and release. Presented as a paired visual narrative, the works sit in dialogue: one holding the quiet anticipation of gathering skies, the other the intensity and emotional overflow of rainfall in full expression. Together, they reflect the duality of the season—soft restraint and immersive abundance—inviting the viewer into a meditative pause within nature’s most transformative moment. Tham was created from the 9th floor of a Mumbai apartment during the monsoon, in a moment of quiet observation as the rain gathered and slowly passed. It holds the stillness that sits just before release when the sky feels heavy, almost paused, and everything seems to soften in anticipation. Rather than depicting the storm itself, the work stays with what surrounds it: the shift in air, the slowing of time, and the subtle emotional quiet that follows intensity. Tham is less about what is seen and more about what is felt in between moments  a suspended state where atmosphere, memory, and emotion briefly settle into form.   Materials  • Acid- and lignin-free and made to last. • The natural finish enhances vibrancy and depth. • Textured matte surface that enhances depth without losing clarity. • Handmade wooden frame from Italy. Limited edition print — produced in small quantities to preserve exclusivity and collector value. Interior Style Ideal for contemporary interiors, minimalist spaces, and collectors of atmospheric abstract art. Works beautifully as a statement piece in living rooms, studios, hallways or curated gallery walls  Contemporary Indian monsoon abstract art print inspired by Mumbai rain, atmospheric cityscape painting, textured fine art wall décor, modern framed abstract artwork.
